During the artist talk, I’ll offer a brief history of my work with Radical Tenderness introduce and open a conversation around my new project Abscission.

Abscission is an artistic research project exploring processes of release, mourning, and transformation across different kinds of transitions: within human bodies, the body of the Earth, and the entangled lifeworlds we inhabit. Deviating from binary logic, whether in gender or in modern-colonial paradigms, this art-life investigation seeks to deactivate human exceptionalism and invite a more intimate relationship with the more-than-human world.
