I originally created 47 Bones as a performance installation.
When I first made it, I dedicated it to someone I have loved for many years.
Years later, this person became my partner, and together we created (N)OSSOS, a photo performance in which we we laid together within this symbolic organic and affective structure that holds us together in this ever changing life journey.
