In 2012 I was living in Lisbon and preparing new material to present in an upcoming performance with La Pocha Nostra at FIT – Festival Internacional de Teatro de São José do Rio Preto (Brasil).This short film was born out of an exchange with Renata Ferraz (brasilian actress and video maker) in which I asked her to help me as an ‘outside eye’ to help me polish the actions I was rehearsing for my new work and in exchange she asked me to use some of them in the context of this short film she directed.

During the European economic recession which started in 2008, as a consequence of the national debts of their states, the E.U. members Portugal, Italy, Ireland, Greece and Spain became know as PIGS.
